Rico King: Interview

\\

The first words that comes to your mind when you hear Inspiration, Passion, and Strength

People. People possess all of those things.

Who are you? (Answer how you interpret this question)

I'm Rico, a chameleon - I blend in with any crowd and I fucking love it because I love great company. I'm all about providing dope vibes and being put on to dope vibes.

Why do you do what you do?

I'm nice to people for a living. I'm out here venturing through the world trying to carve my path through. But along the way I'm meeting new people while also putting them on to the waviest things like music, and fashion. I've got a passion for helping people be the best they can be and as well as look the best they can be.

When did you know this is what you wanted to do, and what events led you to choose it?

I knew I wanted to help people and put people into new vibes once I graduated high school and became more into fashion, and into fitness.

Toughest thing you had to overcome to do what you do? And what/who helped you?

Toughest thing I had to overcome is living without a father. I used to really think about why my father never been in my life but as I got older I shrugged it off and made shit happen on my own.

Has anyone/anything ever inspired you to become who you are (to follow your dreams)? Have you ever inspired anyone directly?

Ernest Baker, that's my guy. I look towards him for mega inspiration. He's very similar to me. He loves doing dope shit with people but no matter how much attention and followers he get, he's still always him, true to himself, and continues to do normal regular shit with people. It's the greatest thing, man. Not to mention he has he had the most fire tweets.

One mistake that you made in your journey? How have you learnt from them?

Not saving my money adequately a few years ago. I'm much better at managing money now but I'm still learning. It's been a few times where I spent more cash than I should've and then bills roll around and I'm like man, damn!

What advice would you give to other people? (Just about life in general - It could be about anything)

My advice to people is always be true to yourself. Do what you love and don't let society paint a picture of who you should be. You have one life, and no one can live it but you. But be smart, and live a sharp lifestyle. Never forget to live a little while you learn.

Say anything you want, about anything (Last words)

Spread love. Drink more water! Socialize with new people and remember "Don't get lost in the sauce" Gucci Mane.
