    Laszlo: Interview

The first words that comes to your mind when you hear Inspiration, Passion, and Strength

Inspiration: Life / Passion: Music / Strength: Self-confidence

Who are you? (Answer how you interpret this question)

I am Laszlo. Overachiever, go getter and loves to be around positive vibes. Nothing less, nothing more

Why do you do what you do?

I make hip-hop music because I love the genre for what it stands for and for how much it’s had an impact on my life over the years. I don’t see myself doing anything else for a living but this. It genuinely makes me happy. I still haven't a dime off my material but soon enough.

When did you know this is what you wanted to do, and what events led you to choose it?

It didn’t start off as a dream of mind until I started recording, then I showed people my material and started to see the good reactions I was getting from it. It all started when my friend and I were freestyling for fun on our way to the ball court by my house. Once getting to the court my friend told me “Yooo.. We should start making music!” At first I was hesitant because I never picked up the pen before and I didn’t want to make a fool of myself. But once I got the hang of it, in an instant I fell in love with writing lyrics and telling my story.

Toughest thing you had to overcome to do what you do? And what/who helped you?

First, having people take me seriously when I began to release my material. Second, sticking by my vision when no one believed/cared about what I did or even knew I rapped and third, becoming a solo artist doing everything on my own which I still do till this day. What helps me do these things is simple, stay confident in myself and just keep pushing.

Has anyone/anything ever inspired you to become who you are (to follow your dreams)? Have you ever inspired anyone directly?

My mom definitely inspires me because she’s the hardest working person I know and she never gives up. One of the traits that rubbed off on me. And I hope to inspire a lot of people to follow what they truly believe in, no matter what it may be.

One mistake that you made in your journey? How have you learnt from them?

Collaborated with certain people who ended up screwing me over business wise on different occasions but that’s about it. It happens to the best of us. Can’t complain though, I’ve been pretty lucky so far.

Upcoming projects? Plans/goal? (about anything, if you have any)

Releasing my second single “Emergency” with a music video real soon off my project I’m currently working on (Broadcasting Live) that will be released sometime in 2016. Don’t have a date for it yet.

What advice would you give to other people? (Just about life in general - It could be about anything)

Believe in yourself, find yourself, and fuck what the haters say

Say anything you want, about anything (Last words)

The more you do, the less you wait
