The first words that comes to your mind when you hear Inspiration, Passion, and Strength

Qualities I want people to see in me

Who are you? (Answer how you interpret this question)

A soul having an awesome human experience here on earth

Why do you do what you do?

Cause I love nothing more than evoking peoples emotions and feelings through music

When did you know this is what you wanted to do, and what events led you to choose it?

After being in a girl group for years performing, singing and writing I realized my favorite part of it all was being in the studio creating and seeing the songs come to life. I didn’t realize I could pursue it as a profession until pretty recently.

Toughest thing you had to overcome to do what you do? And what/who helped you?

The hardest thing has definitely been to believe in my own talent. There is so much competition in the music business but I’ve been fortunate to learn from working with a lot of talented producers and writers.

Has anyone/anything ever inspired you to become who you are (to follow your dreams)? Have you ever inspired anyone directly?

I was brought up in a very supportive family and with parents who told me I could become whatever I desired. I’ve also been very inspired by good friends of mine that have come a long way in their music careers.

One mistake that you made in your journey? How have you learnt from them?

To stop piano lessons too early. I play just enough to write but I would love to play good enough to perform

Upcoming projects? Plans/goal? (about anything, if you have any)

I’m about to compete in Eurovision Song Contest in Iceland on February 13th. I wrote the song “Now” with James Wong aka “Gladius” and Alda Dís, the winner of Iceland Got Talent, will be singing it. It’s a very exciting opportunity and I hope we get to represent Iceland in Eurovision 2016 in Sweden.

What advice would you give to other people? (Just about life in general - It could be about anything)

Be persistent with whatever it is you want to achieve. Nothing happens overnight and only those who continue to work consistently succeed.

Say anything you want, about anything (Last words)

Life is too short to not do what we love, be loved and love one another
